Was on the way to Winnipeg, decided to make a quick stop for the washroom. Employee left a note on the window that they were gone for 15 minutes and to call the number. We called, a man answered and we assumed he’d be there in 15 or so minutes (I understand a break is a break) we were there for 30 minutes at least. At one point a man pulled up beside our car and we assumed it was the worker, but the man just sat in his car on his phone, personally I think that was the worker waiting us out because the only time he looked at us was when we reentered our vehicle when we decided to leave, and when we made eye contact he was sure to look away quickly.

Tried to use coupons, had already taken ice cream but apparently they don't work. They weren't expired or anything.

I brought in a plastic cup, which I bought from there before because I like fill it with ice while I enjoy a fountain drink as well. One guy always charges me for the ice, saying it's a "refill" Tonight I told him I'm not paying for the ice and he tried to keep me from taking my drink, which I paid for, then he swore at me several times. Not a happy customer.

Super Service. Everyone is friendly and very clean for how busy a store it is. Right on Saskatchewan Avenue so always hopping, but the staff is always cheerful and friendly
