A cold atmosphere when it comes to many staff helping customers. Garden Center is usually 5 Star . I try to avoid it . Not the same as it used to be .

Sizeable for the size of the city, helpful staff, plenty of selection, albeit some isles feeling a bit cramped by shelving units being placed too close together. If you are a much bigger-than-average person, be aware.

I like the store. Shop there often. But having to wait on hold for auto parts for 28 minutes is a bit ridiculous.

Took car in. Was told one hour for diagnostic check. Call 1-1/2 hours later, not done. 2-1/2 hrs later and no call from them so I call. Thye can't find the problem, yet they mentioned two codes that are reset. When I look up the codes they have to do exactly with the problems I told them I had, so why tell me there are no issues and just reset the codes. Resetting doesn't fix the issues, just makes it so you can go home early.

5 for the awesome staff I encountered wow! So i had a scooter needed a tire went to Canadian Tire makes sense? Well turns out the tire I had was rare and had to be ordered online. I was desperate for a repair, so this nice lady told me about some patch that works for pools and such. She was like it will work! but she couldn't find it, so like 5 Canadian Tire employees went searching for it down isles and such for like 20 minutes and they found it! Wow thanks you guys. AND YES IT WORKED!

I ordered a bench online (first online order) and had called when it came in to see what all I needed to assemble it, if it would fit in my car, the weight etc and Amy was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. She answered all of my questions and was very friendly! She is a great asset to your team!
