Gas pump wouldn't stop pumping causing a spill. Notified the clerk and he straight up said "nope that didn't happen"... Despite there being a big puddle of gas all on the ground.

Very disappointing I asked the worker if Car Wash has is under wash and he answered yes - either he lied to me or he doesn't understand English. Also the car wash quality terrible - don't waste your money!

Constant problems with using the car wash ? The staff and the manager are always useless in this case. They don't care what customers paid for it.

The car-wash at this Shell location spends more time CLOSED then it does open. The staff are friendly when they choose to be, wish I could give more then one star ⭐️. Shell Head Office, look to improve the response time at having this car-wash repaired promptly when it breaks down, please, and thank you!

The software on the pump is so slow and the buttons take forever to depress. But, if I want to avoid going into the store and just fuel up, it's not a big deal. I can be patient. That is until the transaction can never end happy when THERE IS NEVER PAPER LOADED INTO THE RECIEPT PRINTER AND I'M INSTRUCTED TO GO INTO THE STORE FOR A RECEIPT. The last five times I have gone there in a month it's been the same. I won't be returning, nobody is taking care of basic tasks - like filling receipt rolls.

Nice staff but i would not use that car wash again. Wash is not even worth a penny. Makes a mess rather than washing. The employee did warn me ahead and i still went for it.

Open 24 hours but the front door is locked and I could see the employee from the door. Could at least put a sign saying be back soon or something. I get people need to take breaks but kind of frustrated that I couldn't pick up my Amazon packages.

Me and my friends buy a monthly Car Wash ? pass every winter for a few months. This car wash remain closed most of the times. Would not recommend buying a monthly pass if you’re specifically going to use it at this location.
