Worst experience i had with my 3 years of work here. Most selfish management.They want to pay minimum wage but expect you to do everything.No care in the world for safety or mental health.It was like a nightmare for me.One good supervisor and they fired him of course because he was pointing out the flaws in this workplace.Spineless managementStay away guys - don’t work here

Like others. Paid up front under their prepaid contractors license for cabinets, but they argue with the Home Depot store and the Home store installer is not a licensed carpenter. He refuses to install or fix. Says things are wrong. They argue again. Back and forth feb 28/22 order and now Oct 6th. Thomasville quality is there but hidden under poor production policies and lack of QC I have no oven, no tg turkey for us. They design the cabinets at Home Depot but override the designer at order stage. All done in another province.

Very unprofessional,uncompasionate, uncaring company not to mention dangerous and toxic work environment.They treat some of their employees like garbage. ( true fact).I'd give 0 stars if I could.

While I didn't visit Masterbrand we had the misfortune of getting their cabinets through Lowe's. Because of Masterbrand's inability to ship a complete order, an installation that was supposed to happen before the end of January didn't begin until May 20th. To make matters worse we discovered the original design details missed critical finishing panels and we are still waiting for those to be delivered. The backsplash can't be done until said panels are here. Well done Masterbrand for making us live in a construction zone for over 8 months.

Paid for a full new kitchen with instal. Many of the cabinet faces were already damaged upon instal and it was tough to get replacements. They never installed the toe kicks because they “ran out of time” and didn’t come back. We paid in full by cheque but months later got a letter from collections for just over $7. Really?! If they gave us the wrong invoice amount just say so and I’ll give you $7. They would rather destroy your credit. The kitchen didn’t hold up well over the years either.

Purchased kitchen craft cabinets for my entire house through Direct Buy. Was told I was not the “first buyer” of the cabinets so I had ZERO warranty. Clearly having manufacture defects on our solid Oak cabinets finish . So much for a 25 year warranty the talk about . No support for their own product . Would never buy kitchen craft cabinets again.

We had Kitchen Craft design ad install our kitchen. We were very impressed with the designers knowledge and very happy with the installation! So happy that we had them design and install our ensure bathroom and master bathroom. Great service and a pleasure to deal with.
