Very rude people. Owner and his wife were rude numerous times to us about our car. I'm sorry you woke up grumpy but that's not a reason to take it out on us. Wife also berated all because she had a flat tire and was worried about driving on it on the highway. Won't ever go back

If you're looking for a reasonable shop to service you, look elsewhere. They were excessively rude and condescending towards me, that was before I asked for a timeslot which was over a week wait. It felt like they couldn't be bothered and that they didn't want the business. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was recommended this place... Never will I go back.Customer service is terrible, the women who calls the customers is extremely rude and doesn't care about the customers. I understand getting a complaint isn't the greatest phone call to receive but that's called being in business and customer service lady.My vehicle still isn't fixed after paying twice for work to be done on the same issue 1 year apart, but was told to take it somewhere else. She wasn't interested in helping me out at all and basically made me feel like this is somehow my fault.Disappointing since I heard such wonderful things about this small town company that I wanted to support.Service: Air conditioning
