Shipped instrument cluster to Mr Whizard Technical Service and had it back within a week. Have had no issues since I reinstalled cluster and trk runs fine with all functions operating properly.

I submitted my cluster over to Mr. Whizard a week ago. He was able to repair my cluster within a couple hours. Being fortunate to live in the same province, I was able to grab it from his office. I wanted to wait a week to ensure my cluster's issues were resolved and they were. Repaired and saved myself the hassle of purchasing a used cluster from the wreckers. Saved $$$, that's for sure. Professional over the phone and email.

Brought my instrument cluster to them and was repaired in a couple of hours, reasonable price and has worked great ever since. 2005 F250 cluster acting crazy, lights on, 4x4 light on, ABS light on etc. completely repaired. Very professional guy !!!

Took in my 1999 F150 instrument cluster for an intermittent odometer black-out problem. Had it fixed and cleaned up perfect an hour later! Professional and friendly service, and the repair saved me hundreds.

I had a great experience with Mr. Whizard. I send my cluster on december 19th and received it on december 28th, so it's easy to say that he gave a really fast service (i send it as a regural parcel and i'm in Quebec city, and it was during the holiday's rush) and a really good service. I've searched quite a few time somebody to repare my cluster (frontier 1998) and nobody was able to do the job, but Mr. Whizard have been able. Thanks again !
