“This review is overdue and should have been written a few months back. In the summer while traveling on vacation I experienced a component failure in my truck. I contacted Derrick at Desco Automotive and upon my return to the city they were outstanding in taking care of my issue. It seems nowadays customer satisfaction sometimes seems to be lacking and a thing of the past. “At 9:00 this morning I dropped my car off at Oakbank Autobody for a windshield replacement. Got it back at 5:00 and I couldn't be more impressed. Rod and his team did a great job and even vacuumed the mats and probably cleaned other stuff I didn't even notice. Highly recommended!”
