Our family put in $400 to take my Mom on a clothing shopping spree for her 90th birthday. We live 50 miles from Neepawa and though how nice we can shop in Neepawa instead of Portage la Prairie. On Oct 17 I took mom here to spend her money, and she actually spent close to $600. When she got home and was modeling her clothes for my 92 yr old dad, they decided that one of the tops was too big and would like to return it. We had to come back to Neepawa to doctor on Nov 15th. So I ( the daughter) went to return her top and the lady at the counter said NO, it’s been 4 weeks we can’t do that.policy is 7 days!!! For full refund and 21 days for a store credit and she looked at the callendar and said it’s been 4 weeks, I explained we live out of town, and don’t get back very often , and that I was in town two weeks ago on a Monday and you were closed . She said okay than I can give you a store credit. I said Mom is 90 and does not want a store credit. I will never shop here again for me or my mom. Once again this was a $600 order! What happened to customer service?
