If you’re unfamiliar with the town, it’s a real Small Town Hidden Gem!Travelling from west to east, you’ll drive almost all the way through town before it is revealed. I’m always impressed with how much they are able to showcase in the store. The owner and staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.And, if you’re the Visiting Hockey Team… you may be pleased to learn that they sharpen skates as well.

Bar none best small town store , friendly staff clean store and layed out well to find exactly what you need or want and if you can't find it your not affraid to ask the staff they actually want to help you. No interest in shopping anywhere else for my hardware , home and knick knack needs. Keep up the awesome work ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐??

Friendly, fast, has almost everything big box store has but local! Amazing sales on tools and small appliances!Limited quantities of everything, no lumber and limited fixture selection, but expected in a small town.Very organized.

Was on a motorcycle trip from ottawa to banff and my bike was falling apart with issues.I stopped at home hardware to get metric bolts.The manager came out to see the issue.He contacted the owner of the dealership for me without me knowing.He took the appointment for me.What a service they give in small villages.Always loved home hardware.Everyone helpful.

I needed a water filter system and rang this store when we were in Thunder Bay - that store had no stock. We knew we were travelling past Lorette on our journey across Canada. Dave was incredibly polite and helpful and set aside the filter even though we were so far away and unlikely to visit the store for a week.When we arrived at the store the filter was on the counter and he was, again, very helpful and cheerful, as were all his colleagues. Service above and beyond ??

Service was excellent, ordered a lawnmower, as I was having trouble finding one anywhere that I wanted. Required Honda Engine was all I asked at a reasonable price. Picked up at the store plus sprinkler and hose knozzles.Check them out, ask Dave. Worth your time

I always find the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable, extremely courteous and exceptionally pleasant at this particular location. During my most recent visit, Jessica generously provided a resolution in order to rectify a manufacturer's deficiency of a product that I had previously purchased at their store. Based on the outstanding customer service I received, I will definitely recommend this store to my friends, family and colleagues.

Smaller community hardware store with a surprising variety of merchandise. We just went to get a couple of light bulb and was pleased that stocked them. We couldn't help but notice a few other interesting items so we might just return.
