Had 4 tires mounted and balanced no complaints there, but 2 tires had 35 psi 1 had 40 and another at 55lbs!! Like really...those tire guys need more training obviously

They don't communicate with their customers. Dropped my car off with 2 flats asking then to diagnose and call me; but I needed it fixed.They went ahead and put brand new tires on the rear end of my front wheel drive car and tried charing me over $300 for them.I ended up buy my own rims and tires and fixing the cr myself after they drove it on flats ot of their shop. Not impressed.2 tires now cost me 2 rims as well....

I have known of Dawson service center for over 20 years. I was back in town and had an issue with my car. They were able to diagnose it and repair it quickly. The mechanics and owner work very hard and have a lot of experience with engines and vehicles from many generations you all are a huge asset to the town! Keep up the great work.

I've been there a number of times. A few times they were just fine, sometimes they have done some of the work. The last couple times I was there, they were not interested in helping me out. I had code for a light that needed to be fixed on my car. They basically said it would be too expensive and were not interested in my business. Today I had a tire that needed to be repaired. He said it would take a while to get it in but he would have it ready by the end of the day. I said I would like a quote on a full set of tires as well. He said he could do that. I left the tire. I checked through the day and he said it would be done by the end of the day. We went back to get it just before closing and he said he couldn't find a leak and basically gave us the tire back with no air in it. It was obvious that they didn't even look at it and there was no quote for new ones. If they don't want our business just say so. No need to waste our time.Services: Tires

They found the problem and fixed it really fast. Brought my work van there and they were done the same day they said it would be done. Van works great now! Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and honest. I know absolutely nothing about vehicles, they actually explained every part of the vehicle they were working on and then explained what exactly they’re doing. This was back in winter but thought I’d share. Went in because my vehicle suddenly died while driving it. Brought it in, they said there was nothing wrong with it. Charged me $100 and said it was fine. I didn’t even leave their parking lot and it died. Got it home and just took it to a place in Winnipeg that actually fixed it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I would give this company ZERO STARS if possible. I had to phone a few times during the day to check the status of my tire - even though I was told they would call me. Upon speaking to the owner and voicing my disappointment with the lack of customer service, his tone of voice and condescending choice of words made it evident that he could care less about me as a customer. Very arrogant is a good description. I have learned my lesson and will never take any vehicle to this place again.Service: Auto tire replacement
