I asked him if he accepts deposits to hold on to the vehicle for me until I got there, he said yes but it's $500 non refundable. He was so generous to hold it for me until Friday because he did not like the fact that the $500 was non refundable. I got pre approved over the phone quick and easy. And when it was time to pick up my truck he went above and beyond going past his closing time to wait for me and my wife. Marc has to be the friendliest, kindest, most honest car salesman I've ever come across. I can't recommend him enough. He has my business and I will 100% recommend him to anyone I know in need of a used vehicle ??”

“Stellar experience at Pacific Motors. Purchased an F-250. Jase was friendly and helpful. Drove in from out of town with my wife and kids. It was just about closing time, but we were encouraged not to feel rush. Bought the truck. The only hiccup was the fuel pump began acting up shortly after (common issue on the newer 250's). I called Jase to let him know. He said "send me the bill and we got you covered." Got my mechanic to put in a new pump and Jase covered the invoice. Everything else is working great. Couldn't be happier.”
