Booked an appointment to bring my quad in on a Tuesday. Called on Wednesday. Was told they would get to it on Thursday.Next time when i book something in for a certain day. Will take it somewhere else.Picking it up. As my wife " me" was picking it up.She was told it needed hundreds of dollars worth of work.This is being written by "the wife" not Claude.I was in tears.Had another quad mechanic look at it the day i brought it home.Showed us a rattling sound very easily fixed.Have had zero issues with it.Didnt cost a dime.Been a while, had it on trails, use it on a regular basis.No issues at all.Will not return to Steve's.Not worth the stress we went through.
