True after hours emergency service! Matt took our call at 5am on Easter Sunday and came to our rescue when our septic pump failed, causing back up in our home. SO thankful for their understanding of our situation and their quick response to provide support! Thank you again!

Shortly after the flood, my house was continuing to fill with water, my pump was working but not at an optimal level. I called Jim’s and Matt walked me through the whole process of getting my pumped primed, over the phone. He was an absolute lifesaver!!!
