If I could rate this bank lower I would. The people working have no clue what they're doing. No one seems to communicate with each other, everytime i needed to switch people because they were on holidays no emails were sent to the new person holding my file and needed to start the entire process over again. Stick with SCU, a proper bank.Absolutely 100 percent disappointed in this bank. -5 stars
