Russ at this location literally saved us. We had major plumbing issues but the store was closing in 10 minutes (we were 15-20 mins away). He stayed open so we could solve our issue. Pointed us in the direction of better priced product and was patient.

Amazing people & amazing service, the carwash is my go to as well! I was working on a project for my Architectural Design degree at my University and they helped me with everything I needed. The guys working in the Lumber yard and at the back even helped me with all the measurements, prices and info I needed. They even printed off a “receipt” for me with all the info! Plus… if you’re looking for plants this summer their green has an amazing selection with great prices! A BIG thank you to everyone that helped me out today! I really appreciate it! :)

Everyone who works here is so helpful..they stop what they are doing to see if u need assistance...Nicely laid out..bright and clean..Lots of parking ....Every time I'm in gimli I stop in to see what's new .Great display of BBQs and pellet smokers etc..

A smaller store but can order in anything you need. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We also have a bit koodoos to the store manager who gave us the flyer price and airmiles for the purchase of a shed one day after the flyer expired. Great customer service is had to find nowadays but you will feel it here. Update:My son and I went to get plumbing supplies for a water softener. We were served by Jim. He was very knowledgeable about the fittings required. He is a great example of what you can expect from the quality of the staff who work there. I am always impressed with the service they provide.I have had excellent experience with a Customer service person named Jim.He works in the plumbing department.He has assisted me in building a set of adapters to install my new water softener system.His knowledge assisted me with the purchase of the parts and I was very impressed with how the process went.Today I had Jim, help me with my failed hot tub pump. I was not able to purchase anything, because I found out that hot tub plumbing is different from household plumbing. Jim looked up the hot tub pump online and provided me with a copy of the pump specifications.Thank you again Jim for your assistance.I hope you get some positive feedback from your manager.

I am very pleased with Rona in Gimli. It is so nice to have such a great store with such variety in our small town.The staff is always helpful and I often get additional "coaching" when I am trying to complete a job at home that I have no experience with.From winter to summer, for any DIY project or home upgrade / repair - we always use Rona.
