Was in for a Chicken BBQ pizza. Delicious!!!!
Only the beautiful and friendly waitress didn't understand me - turned out it was my strange german slang. But she did the right thing and send her supervisor. She helped.
So, I am really happy!

Excellent tasting food, all homemade style. The service was great I would recommend them to everyone. If I come this way again, I will make a point of stopping here!

Came in this morning to grab some gas, coffee and a snack, the front desk worker was very rude as I heard him make comments about me, I come there often and it’s very disappointing to have been treated horribly, I can definitely say it will be a while before coming back to the Esso again. 1/10 service

Just got some gas here. The white guywith glasses on front desk doesn’t know how to operate simple fuel tank. I had run back and forth and try 3-4 pumps to have fuel going. The pump was not pumping fuel and I have already payed and only had 20-25km in range. This guy in front desk never apologized for inconvenience and had the most racist attitude towards color people. We come to work on his town hospital and this is how you treat people, no wonder why this town can’t keep their hospital open. People like this guy working in this Esso are disgraceful to this town. Can’t wait till ericksdale plaza fuel station near by opens. They have the best customer service

The food is so good, especially their breakfast and super juicy burger, very reasonable price. The staff are very accommodating and also a very clean place. Keep up the good job!!

Their smoke detector has been beeping for weeks now. They need to replace the batteries. When I asked them about it, they seemed to not care. Not only is the intermittent beeping disturbing customers... the smoke detectors should be working properly for safety and for regulations!
On top of this, their chicken gave me food poisoning.
Health and safety are not priorities here

Place never has food ready on time. Can walk in at 2:00 on a Tuesday afternoon and expect a bag of chips for lunch.

Called at 1:35 pm to pre-order 2 kebobs and they told me they didn't have them.20 minutes later stopped by to pick up something else and miraculously they had and were serving kebobs to others in line. Why lie?!
