Staff explained the problem and solution and even though the price went up due to different parts, I did not feel like I was being mislead. I trust this dealership and it's service department. Please ensure that everyone there gets a raise this year.

They needed a whole day to partially figure out what was wrong with our truck to then tell us they couldn't fix it. Next shop had full diagnosis (without me giving any prior details) within an hour and were able to fix it. Also one of the 2 service advisers i dealt with was friendly however the other was extremely rude. Wasted a whole day and a lot of money that got me nowhere.(Edit/comment/response: if the tech had taken 1 minute to unplug the pcm he would have noticed the corrosion and water, like other shop did. The tune on the truck does not in any way interfere with finding physical damage. Also the truck was tuned and programmed with the use of Ford's IDS, so it would have been possible to have been repaired by a Ford tech, it was previously done as well. Just because your guys don't know how to doesn't mean it's not possible.)

They are great people there. They are friendly and the service can't be beat. If there is a problem with your car. They will show you and give you a quote as to how much it will cost to repair. I bought my SUV there and I will keep bringing it in for servicing every time.

Wilf's Elie Ford Sales Ltd is a dealership I can honestly say I can trust, the staff are very helpful in every possible way and friendly. The service staff go out of their way to explain what needs to be done and the amount of time needed even if my vehicle needs to remain in the shop an extra day. They make sure another vehicle is ready for me. I feel comfortable knowing I can trust them to fix my vehicle. I have been taking my vehicles to wilf's for over 20 years and even buying my vehicles at wilf's. So I can say I trust wilf's Elie Ford Sales Ltd

I had a terrible experience with the manager. Professionalism was not great at all. I bought two vehicles from Elie Ford and they lost a customer. Wish it was handled differently.
