Ever since covid this store has terrible customer service, and poor inventory.

Staff needs to keep their hands off customers. Karan specifically. Regardless of the reason you cant forcefully detain someone, customer or not. Happens constantly at this location, you are not police or even security.

Employees need to keep hands OFF CUSTOMERS. You have absolutely no reason to be physically touching another humans body. Disgusting behavior.
