They are the rudest ppl i have ever met. Last year we asked for an estimate and they came and measured everything. When they did not phone back i phoned them and asked why, they said they were too busy. This year i started early i phoned in February and was told someone would be in touch. After waiting almost 2 mths i phoned today and was told they dont feel like working on your house, when i asked why the line went silent , I asked a couple of times again why the guy on the other end sighed a couple times but would not tell me why, he finally said he was just too busy and didnt feel like dealing with shit. Therefore i do not recommend them to anyone. I'm not sure what we could have said to make him feel this way but it seems we are shit.
