My husband noticed, when he moved the truck from in the garage that there was a four inch puddle of oil on the garage floor. The oil seemed to come from the frame under the oil filter. (From when they changed the oil filter). He checked the oil filter and it appears to be tight. When he checked the oil on the dip stick it was half way between empty and full.

The exceptional service and staff at Cooleys makes me feel very reassured that my vehicle is safe and road worthy. I went for my first oil change yesterday and was so pleased that it was so affordable and under $80.00. Personally I've never opened my hood and thanks to Cooleys I hope I never do ?

I have been dealing with Dean Cooley Motors since day one. I have owned many vehicles and had all service and maintenance done there during this time. There is nowhere else you could go for better service in every department. Thank you to everyone there.

Called Cooleys 3 weeks ago to inquireabout having a key cut/Fob programmed. Was told the keys were in stock. Called again this morning to confirm..was told yes key in stock. To come on in. No appointment necessary. Drove 45 mins to Dauphin, only to be told that the key was Not in stock, and that they could perhaps have one in a week. Obviously poor mcommunication in the parts/ service department. Will not be returning or recommend. Called a mobile locksmith when I returned home. They were in my driveway within an hour. Key cut, programmed, and they were in their way. Cost me $8.00 mire than what I would have been charged at the dealership. I wasted half a day and fuel driving to Dauphin.

They lie say they check things that I know they didn’t air filter for example I know had mouse damage and they told me it was good so just looked at the percentage in the dash and said it was good check tire pressures tell you they need chamged but don’t top up or even out terrible service won’t be going back

Call first before your SCHEDULED appointment. Because if someone else shows up late to their appt, it affects yours. How about call customers to say don't drive over an hour before coming in to sit and wait past appt time to even have vehicle looked at. No idea what service is like yet because it hasn't even been seen yet. ??♀️

One thing that’s really great at this local dealership is that they have a FREE shuttle to drive you home or to work & also pick you up when ever you have work done on your car or truck or what everThis is fantastic especially in cold weatherNo other place offers this service They have great staff to help answer all my questions
