This is my first time buying from this pharmacy today .The pharmacist was kind enough to show me where I could get my OTC medication.The cashier was a different story ...The body language was that of dismissal, hostility ,not even a bit of a smile.She could do better!I will definitely go to where I will be appreciated more!!!

Today I had the worst experience here first time I felt like I was not valued. I have been getting my prescriptions here for a very very long time. I called in my prescription saying I only needed my regular pills for a week and that Wednesday I would get the remainder for the month and not my inhalers. I got there to pick up my week supply and it was a full month with my inhalers. I explained to the person helping me (she was curt and short with me) I could not afford that as my income has dropped a lot and we had maxed out our prescription plans. Well took over 20 minutes to get it fixed and I was still charged as much as I would for full prescription. I felt so bad I was going to leave my medications until on helpful employee went to the pharmacist and they took some money off but it still hurt knowing in a week when I get my pension I will have to pay closer to 300 if I was to get the inhalers it would be more like 500.00 how are seniors to survive I have to two plans one from Heb which is only 400 per year and other was maxed due to a migraine injection I am to have but I cannot afford. I want to say thank you to the wonderful cashier. I am not sure if I will keep going there if they cannot fix this and listen to customers. Or give me options.

Prices are better on vitamins than most stores. Wide range of products. Clean and nicely kept inside. Helpful staff. Generally a positive experience. Love the drive-thru as well.

The Cafe here is so so so good I would recommend coming back to here what I would recommend is their saled with like cheese and meet rolls 10/10 I would come back

I'm getting more and more disappointed with the service. I live out of town, so I call ahead so they have time to get it ready. Yet when I arrive its ethier not the right one or I'm missing parts of it. Plus they can never get my name right! I understand its a busy place but they should really be taking there time to insure its the correct one. Or I will go somewhere else.

I have been to this pharmacy twice in the last two days and both times it was a negative experience. Alli served me in drive thru today. I simply ask to pick up my prescription and she condescendingly said to me “ AND YOU ARE?” ..Yesterday, the lady working the till inside the pharmacy was also rude and judgmental about the items I was buying. I figured if I went through the drive thru today I might get better service but apparently the staff here are always rude. I will never shop here again and I would recommend going somewhere else in Dauphin for your medications if you’re not in the mood dealing with rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional staff.
