This store is a veritable basket case. A string of absentee owners has left this location in tatters. Corporate should take over and build a proper store.
Only for rare occasions the handyman doesn't have it. Only reason for any stars is great staff.

Unable to find staff for help, no staff at the pickup counter had to hunt for them, I found them at the front of the store using their cellphone and looking out the window.
Terrible service, and when you get some sort of service, the attitude is disgusting, none existent.
I will never use this store again, I would rather wait and go to Brandon where you get great service and very polite helpful staff.
Why is this store open? If you can't hire the right people to run your store, then it should be closed. I am a very honest person, but for those who like to steal, it would be very easy as none checks.

Amazing customer service! I was truly impressed by the selection of goods that they had the offer. That staff are extremely helpful and pleasant and the owner is such a great guy you can tell he really puts in the love to his employees and store.

Worst receiving ever. Been there on Friday at 12.30 pm and it was only 30% load and they took 5 hours to complete. Only 1 guy was working whole tym very slow that he took one box and return after 15 min. They have open dock so I could see them. As soon as it turns 5pm they call whole team and offload within half an hour.
So disgusting they spoiled mu whole Friday.

Good store but small. It may be small but the store is jammed full of items. Has lots to offer but the store needs to be bigger to make the shopping experience a better one.

The employees were very polite and took the time to track down some lites I wanted to buy. They were courteous and professional.

Small, crowded and outdated store, never seem to have sale items in stock. Every other store in Manitoba or Sask will have in stock but Dauphin none. Hopefully they can upgrade stores soon, getting frustrating to shop in Yorkton or Brandon for Canadian Tire items.
FYI- the staff always seem to be helpful, would give them 4/5 stars for sure!
