“Not a fair statement . Most people don't order a part that is not on their vehicle , not sure it is understood what you mean . But even if Customers or Advics good staff makes errors , because everyone is human , Advics always have and always will take products back . Thats why they have been in biz for almost 40 years .
Looks to most people the other business name on your statement is just looking to get advertising off Advics page , sad .... oh well .....”
