Wirelesswave in Brandon has an amazing group of staff that works there. I've been dealing with them for many years and I'll keep dealing with them. They always go over and above to try and find what i am looking for or help me with issues I'm having with my phone service. I even had the manager Nevada on her day off trying to resolve issues I had. I highly recommend using wirelesswave in Brandon for all your cell phones needs. Alex was the best. We’ve gone to wireless wave for over a decade and we had built some good relationships with the staff there. But when our friend left I was hesitant to go back because I wasn’t sure we would get the same level of service. I was wrong. Alex did a great job of setting up my husband and I both with new phones, cases, he put on our screen protectors, and we got a new Bluetooth speaker to take home.I highly recommend Alex and Wireless Wave!

Great service from Alexander in the Shoppers mall. He called Rogers and got us the best deal possible, hardware upgrade went smoothly. I had my toddler with me, the store was stocked with colouring books and crayons to keep him busy. Thanks for your patience in dealing with both of us!

Alex was very friendly, and it always feels like your being helped by a good friend when you go to wireless wave. They do their best to find you the best deal available for you, instead of pushing extra spending as with other cell phone companies. Always recommend going here!
