I had a simple question. I was put on hold. The rep did not sound very enthused to help. And then told me that he will transfer me to customer services. So what was the reason for putting me on hold. The rep did not even apologise for putting me on hold and the delay in answering.

Poor service for mailing me statements in a language I don't understand.Plus it has 2 different names on it. My married name and my maiden name. Somehow they never would good at keeping there records up to date on changes to names, mailing addresses etc. ????
