I had an unpleasant experience with this store. I went there to validate my original document as requested by Bell MTS. However, the sales associate informed me they didn't have a scanner. Later, I discovered that scanning wasn't necessary for the validation process at another store. It seems the initial sales representative redirected me because there was no personal benefit for them in completing the simple process, which was disappointing.

I have been struggling to find best options and deals in Brandon, until i came to Bell and Nathan sit with me and easily made me understand. had a clear idea of what i would get the plans and the phones etc. i would recommend everyone to see Nathan, Great customer service, and yeah everyone in there is welcoming as well.

Pretty standard Bell shop, I liked the open design, it was very bright to many lights in the ceiling, well organized was able to find what I needed, the worker Ashton helped me without needing to ask, Ashton was knowledgeable & helpful would reccomend this shop again, the best parts of the shop was the customer service from Ashton and floor design.

Every question I had staff would say call MTS and they will have the answer. ?♀️ I felt it was a wasted trip as I got no further than before.
