The new manager and assistant manager have REALLY whipped that place into shape.
I’ve been coming here 6 years and since the new management took over, EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Shreen is someone who should be training nation-wide. I was disgusted with the prior management and I’m glad to have to pop into BMO now as opposed to dreading it before.
