My experience is that I received great service and when I needed some equipment to process a animal so I was able to rent the equipment I need.They will rent you a grinder ,sausage stuffer,vacuum sealer and meat mixer and they offer many different type of spices or ready mixes for any favorite sausages or meat products and many other things that you need to butcher
