Friendly helpful staff for the most part. Some of the staff have trouble understanding what is asked of them. Wait times to see a teller can be long especially just before closing when most people do their banking or at lunch. Sometimes they're too busy having coffee to actually open on time.

CIBC Branches will be closed Wednesday, January 1 for New Year's Day and Thursday, January 2 for Traditional Day (Quebec only). Bank machines will be available during the holiday. CIBC Online, Mobile, and Telephone Banking are available 24/7.
