My daughters and I had to put our 15 year old dog down, we were treated with such kindness and compassion. Dr Bill and his staff went above and beyond to give us the time we needed with such kind words. Truly an incredible team and I am so grateful they could fit us in.

Exceptional care! Beyond satisfied with the care from Dr. Mcgrail and her staff. Was very thorough with our dog who was misdiagnosed elsewhere. We are so happy to have found York Animal Hospital. We've been seeing improvements with our little fur friend within 24 hours of visiting the clinic. The medical staff is extremely educated and you don't feel rushed at all! 10/10 would recommend.

When one person in that office learns the meaning of courtesy and service, that will be the day. Blown away by the lack of knowledge, concern, or brainpower, collectively and individually. You couldn't pay ME to go there after the phone call I just had with the incompetent staff. Wow.

I recently made a change to York Animal Hospital for my 5 animals. I was with my previous veterinarian for over 20+ years. I brought many animals there over the years. I was no longer happy with how I was being treated. I then rescued a dog and needed to bring him to York Animal Hospital to be neutered as that rescue brings their dogs to this veterinarian. From the moment I walked in, I could tell how genuine everyone was. Front desk staff, techs and doctors. They are honest, kind, welcoming and so good to my animals. They treat my animals like their own. They treat me with respect, whether it's in person or over the phone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YORK ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!

Had a great visit with Dr Bill. He was knowledgeable on my dogs history and condition as he consulted with Dr. Barb who treated him a week earlier. Great vet techs as well, they treated my dog with absolute kindness.

Wonderful doctors and staff..even with the difficult pups ( mine was not having a happy day after her rabies shot) The office is clean and comfortable and they explain everything thoroughly. Prices are reasonable too. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great people, great service, exceptional Doctors and Techs. Wouldn't bring our pups anywhere else! Thank you York Animal Hospital for taking such good care of our pugs when we bring them in! Appreciate all the follow up, conversation, and information you are so generous to provide. Never feel rushed at all which I awesome and know our dogs are getting the attention they need when we bring them to you.

I used to like this place and trusted them with my pets’ health for years. However, last year, one of my dogs started having arthritis issues. She was seen by different vets here and I did whatever they recommended. 10 days ago, my dog lost her appetite, so I took her back in to get checked out. I was there for two hours while they did all the blood tests, and they told me everything looked fine but they felt a pouch in her body, so they took a sample and for cytology. They gave her a shot for her pain, changed and added on more medication and told me to return back in few days if it didn’t help. My dog started having difficulties with breathing the night after the vet saw her, and she passed away on the way to an emergency vet.I also still haven’t been contacted about the cytology results after 10 days, when they said they would call me with the results in 3-5 days. I am very disappointed in their practices, though I like Dr. Bill, I think I will not take my pets there anymore.

We absolutely love taking our two labs here. The front desk people are always friendly and helpful. The vets are thorough and caring; they take time to explain the treatment plan and answer any wacky questions we have. They're always so accommodating; they've been able to squeeze our girls in same day if needed.
