Made a purchase and went back to return/exchange after trying it on back at my hotel room but wasn't told the item I purchased was final sale and wasn’t able to return/exchange it. Very disappointed in their customer service

Very cute boutique!! Got some adorable perfumes here. Very small, only four stars because it was ridiculously expensive for the quality. Cute shop, but could use something a little more- maybe some shirts or a swimsuit rack, or some new decorations. Very clean and the owners were friendly. If you’re visiting York take a stop in, it’s cute to look around. The greeting cards they have are also amazing. A solid 8/10.

I've been in plenty of boutiques like this before. If you look a certain way--young or maybe not visibly affluent--you're blatantly ignored. Although the store was nearly empty, I was not greeted (even after smiling at the woman working the register) or offered help the entirety of me being there. I will not buy from places that treat their customers poorly.

Wheat is my favorite store in York! I’m so happy to shop there every time I’m in town. Gorgeous items, excellent quality, and spectacular taste.

Way overpriced. Unfriendly woman managing the store. I bought a perfume that I wanted to return or exchange the next day because I had an allergic reaction to the SAMPLE I tried in the store. The perfume I bought and wanted to return WAS NOT OPENED or even taken out of the box, which was also never opened. She refused. Don't waste your money here!
