It’s the only car wash I have been to that actually has all the soaps, wax, tire shine and spot free rinse. I wash my car everyday, so the monthly plan they have is a great value!!!

$22.50 for the Works wash and my car was still dirty and wet when I left. Very disappointing. I would have emailed the company directly instead of writing a review but they don't have an email address.

My car was only a week old when I took it here. I had a membership to the Kittery location which is basically a scam and cleans nothing. The attendant recommended using the York location because the brushes clean better. I was concerned about it potentially hurting the paint job. I was reassured that it would not by the attendant who said, "were not in the business of damaging paint". As soon as it came out my black paint was destroyed with endless swirl scratches ranging from superficial to white scrapes. After that the owner acknowledged the car wash did it, said he was sorry but there's nothing he's willing to do about it. I'm not the only the only one that has been swindled and won't be the last. This business does not care about your property just about lining their pockets. DONT DO IT

Car didn't get clean. Bugs on the bumper as if we never washed the car. Wings intact and all. Dryer didn't dry. Have to pay for vacuums. Paid $23 for a car wash that didn't wash.

$22.50 for an EVERYTHING wash - NOT worth it. They have obviously sped up the time through the wash while cutting back on everything else - less soap less water and less air dry = MORE DIRT left behind on my truck!

The first sign that things were not up to par at this car wash was very little suction at the vacuums ($2.00). I considered curtailing my experience at that point but reluctantly went ahead and paid the automatic kiosk $14.00 for the least expensive option. As my vehicle was being pulled through the wash, I noted that the lone employee on duty was carrying around a hubcap. When I emerged from the wash, he informed me that the hubcap was mine! I allowed him to reattach the it as he told me he would send me back through the wash since it didn't do a very good job on the first pass. When I emerged from the second washing I pulled over, got out of the car, and checked my left front tire. The hubcap was missing! It took me a few minutes to track down the lone employee who had to fish my hubcap out of the track. This time he was unable to reattach the hubcap and pointed out that it was damaged. He then stated that management was not responsible for damage. To top off my unpleasant experience at this car wash I noted that, despite two passes through the wash, my car was not particularly clean.

Tried to go through the car wash today, paid 14.00 dollars and it just never started pulling me through. I sat there waiting for about 15 mins before I just decided to reverse out. Car behind me had the exact same issue. There wasn’t even a person there to talk to about it. Probably won’t get my money back seeing as they didn’t answer the phone when I called. Terrible service. Will never be back and alerting all my friends who go there to never go again. Total scam.Service: Auto detailing

This place has a self service gate and kiosk. Many time people pay on the kiosk during normal published operating hours however no one come out to turn on the automated wash. I read about this, but it happened to me this week. I called their phone number and other locations, but no one ever answered. I went back when it looked like someone was working and they asked me to again call the number and speak to a manager! Bad business...

I just wanted a clean car, but instead got my bumper ripped off. I was able to snap everything back into place with a lot of effort afterward . When I complained he said he checked his camera and my bumper was loose and just came off. It was perfectly fine ( and has been through other car washes previously with no issues). I distinctly heard something hitting the underside of my vehicle as I went through the car wash but he denies any problem. Never again!Service: Auto interior vacuuming
