“The Falmouth Veterinary Hospital is welcoming. The staff caring and very professional. My girl had surgery and the staff were thorough in discussion of procedure and care. Two indicated what a lovely sweet dog she is...and they are of course correct!.”
“The front desk staff, veterinarians, and vet assistants at North Deering Veterinary Hospital always make my dog, my cat, my wife, and me feel comfortable and supported. We are very thankful for your accessible, kind approach to caring for our furry family members.”
“A wonderful first time visit. The staff were helpful, accommodating, welcoming, and informative! The space is very calming and my dog who can be nervous was at ease. Thank you!”
“This veterinary hospital is top-notch. The staff is highly professional, caring, and conscientious. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for exceptional service for their pets.”
“It was very nice to see different animals. The only downfall is I wish they had strollers or wagons to rent. My son was absent exhausting from walking. Other than that it was fun”
“My fiancés sister-in-law worked here and recommended us in 2020. The staff is amazing and they have a special entrance for reactive dogs and that helps Freyja A LOT ?
Thank you!!!!”
“The entire staff is friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Karen and Anne who helped me through caring for our 13 year old dog with cancer. They were very caring and made sure that our final wishes for Hunter were met.”
“Dr. Copp, Dr. Farrell and the whole staff have been wonderful! This past year our pets have experienced some acute and life ending medical conditions. When we had to put our beloved golden down due to cancer, the staff was very empathetic and supportive! I am always very impressed when I get follow up calls to check in on how the dogs are doing after being seen for whatever issues. I highly recommend this veterinary practice! I believe they truly care about their patients and we aren't just another random customer.”
“My anxious, sweet MaineCoon is much more comfortable going to a "cats only" vet. They are the best in our experience of 18 rescue cats and one purebred. Easy to make appointments and consistently competent and friendly staff.”
“As previously said on provider email service rating request, where I rated them 7/10 after only my 2nd appointment with this veterinarian: I am cautious with stars/number rating since I've not been impressed by another brick-mortar provider as a new pet parent of 2 fur ball loves. This practice is a good 30 minutes drive away and this factor alone can be most stressful to the "kids" and pet cat mom, especially when both serenaded me loudly the entire ride there! Anyway, the visit succeeded better than I had expected - my girls behaved beautifully, all got done with no fur flying, escapes, or anything else untoward happening. I have suggested that some serious thought be given ti installing an automatic door opening option, cause MY ACHING BACK would certainly appreciate that - next month both kids will be going back - only 1 for a booster jab- and I'm labeling my 1 wheeled carrier with the heavier (14 lb. 1 year old) cat's name and the lighter (9lb) 3 year old) one will go in the Sherpa carrier. I may elect to purchase a 2nd wheeled carrier for next year. Anyway. I was kept informed of the health status if both as Dr. GREY gave both the once over. Both she and her Tech, as well as the other staff, were very caring & gentle with my 2 fully clawed lasses. Hopefully over time they won't feel so anxious about riding to their appointments with mom. I am currently awaiting a response to an email I sent to inquire about feline dental care. We shall see what happens with that.”
“Dr. Smith removed a large bladder stone from my bunny and saved her life. The compassion, care and follow up were amazing and we are clients for life now. I'm so grateful and thankful we found Dr. Smith and his team.”
