Delivered a package to an address that is not a registered address, then proceeded to ignore a claim to recover it and provided 0 customer support. If there was an option for a negative stars review I would use it. If given the option, choose FedEx.

Opened a PO Box in April. It was never opened by the Post Officr staff so all mail sent to it tracked and untracked was rejected. Clerk balked at giving a refund for the reservation until I went back in and asked to speak with the Postmaster. A helpful manager provided a refund for the unfulfilled service but there’s nothing to be done for the inconvenience and tracking down returned untracked mail. I still asked for the Postmaster to call me because the situation was so unusual and seemed prone to fraud. I have not been contacted in 4 weeks since making the request. I do not recommend opening a PO Box at this location, there are local alternatives.

As far as delivery, I think this office fails in a huge way. My granddaughter received a letter from her great-grandfather and he put the last number incorrectly. Now it's only a three digit number for the address and there's nobody close to them to be in that same three digit number area and the last name is the same as her mother's who gets mail there, and the postman keeps sending it back saying No Such number. It is one number off with the same last name and no other homes does this person need a brain what happened to customer service? I was supposed to carrier I would never have returned this to cause the people so much strife of having to re-envelope a card and remail it 3 weeks after the birthday is over. It's common sense in this Postal Service that we have in our country today is nothing like it used to be and I can say that having been one of them. I'm extremely disappointed that this little 12-year-old didn't get her card somebody lacked good sense. By the way my father is 90 years old and he's done damn good to get a card in the mail on time to only have it late.

This is the *worst* post office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. All the employees are rude and sour. No one ever-- EVER-- picks up the office phone. If you go in and tell them that you aren't receiving your mail they blame you (um, please explain to me how mail has been delivered every day without fail since 1976 to our mail box, and suddenly this week they can't seem to pick up or deliver letters to the box-- but they will still drop off packages??!!). It's been four days since anyone TOUCHED our mailbox, and the flag has been up, and every day we add more invoices to it that need to go out (we run our small family business out of our house). I've been on the phone for the last TWO HOURS just trying to get someone to pick up the damn phone. Shameful doesn't even begin to cover this behavior. What a waste of taxpayer dollars!

A driver had my package out for the entire day yesterday and didn’t deliver. You’d expect them to then deliver it today, but no they are delaying it an additional 2 days sitting on the truck so I can’t even pick it up!

I know you all are short staffed, but I’m really upset to find an Amazon package thrown over my fence in the front yard, in the rain. I live at 250 East Main Street. Our mail box is at the top of the driveway and has been for years. So, the pkg was thrown in the front yard and mail is still sitting in my mailbox that needed to go out today! Beyond frustrated! So happy to be leaving Yarmouth in March!! 10/16/2023

Much like everyone else is saying recently they are failing to deliver mail. They have now held 10 packages between myself and my husband this past week indicating we did not want them. They then do not have them available for pick up either. Today there was a snow storm and I again tried to get my packages as I was home. and the lobby is not open and they will not answer their phones. Because they claimed I refused delivery I now cannot file a claim with Amazon or the other vendors these are from.Update: they refused to go look for my packages when they reopened their lobby after the storm, and also indicated I would not be receiving delivery until several days from now. They are currently withholding tax documents, and time sensitive packages.
