Our washing machine broke and we can’t get the parts for it for another month! I Can’t believe this super clean beautiful little laundromat is right up the street! They have amazing machines that take half the time of mine at home!!

Since new management took over the experience here is terrible. They are suppose to open at 8 and never here on time to open. Have people waiting outside. Wendy was the best, bring her back

Wendy was amazing and always went above and beyond. When she was not working the other staff were pretty terrible but we overlooked them and tried to drop and pick up around Wendy’s schedule. Now that Wendy is gone every experience has been negative. One staff member in particular makes things difficult and uncomfortable especially when we pick up sizable orders. Her comments have left us going to the Falmouth location when possible to avoid the interaction.

Usually good experiences but today my washer was leaking all over the floor. I stopped it so as not to flood the room but they made me pay in full to restart it. No good deed I suppose.

The staff here make it a pleasant experience. They are so friendly, it truly feels like a small neighborhood Dry Cleaner. I love it. They have done a consistent job cleaning our suits and blazers without any issues. They also do a great job of meeting their completion dates and sometimes early!! I am definitely a loyal customer. Easy parking and easy to find.

Google says open till 6. Door says open till 6. I’ve tried to pick up my stuff 3 times and they’re always closed before 6 pm.Now, I’m going in to work late today so I can get there at 8 am right when they open. My ticket was due a week ago and my items aren’t done. No calls or communication.

Don't take anything you value to this cleaner. I was a client of this Pratt Abbott for more than 10 years. The work seemed fine and the ladies who worked the counter were lovely. Trustingly, I brought in my favorite and very expensive Brahms Mount linen blanket for dry cleaning. When I picked it up, the blanket had an eight inch hole in it! I was distressed. I suspect it was washed and not dry cleaned, as I paid for, and otherwise mishandled. I brought it back and asked for the manager to call me to resolve the issue. I went back several times to ask for him over many weeks. Finally I received my answer...no money for repair or compensation for damage for their mishandling. "It must have been poorly made...a mistake in the weaving." he said. It was Brahms Mount!!! It meant nothing that I was a good client that was always kind and respectful of their staff. Be forewarned. Bring nothing you care about here...because they don't care about you!

I love this Yarmouth location it is always clean and the machines work really good and the loads are super fast 18mins to wash and 15mins to dry the workers are helpful and help when it's needed
