I would not recommend going to this store. I broke down in my work truck so I was able to just make it there to get a o-ring which they had. went back outside to put it on my truck which was literally 30 seconds process then the manager comes out with a attitude and tells me I need to move my truck which was broken down at the edge of the parking lot. If your employees don't care about the customers and are not willing to help or at least be understanding why should anyone give them our money and shop there. Go to a better parts store that actually listens to their customers needs when this stire doesn't even ask you if you need anything or how they can help

Tony, Tony, Tony! This man has taught me how to change my headlights, my windshield wipers and if I asked would probably remind me how to change my tire! Haha Great customer service, super friendly and always a pleasure. Thank you!

Almost an hour away from home with a broken driver side windshield wiper in a rainstorm... with 2 little kids... pulled into this O'Reilly and 5 minutes later it was fixed and I was on my way. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and made my very stressful morning 10x better. Thank you!

I’ve been going to the O’Reilly in Yarmouth for years. Usually they are EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. NOT this time. Wasted my time. I broke my rear windshield wiper arm in this last storm. I went into the store and the manager was frantic, working the desk alone. I asked for help and I showed her my broken windshield arm, which she threw away w/ good blade still attatched. After she realized it was the arm, not the blade, she dug the good wiper out of the trash, and then had to order the arm. She told me to come back in a couple of hrs and someone could help me install it. I went back, asked again for help replacing the windshield arm ($48) and the man at the counter said absolutely not( while the manager stood near by) that he would not help. Ridiculous waste of my time. I’ll never go back. Terrible customer service.

These guys are the best! They actually care about what they are doing and go the extra mile. I once left the store with an unanswered technical question regarding specialty fluid specs and looking for a substitute . An hour later I got a phone call with “ we did a little research and have what you’re looking for” always my first stop!!

David at the Yarmouth location was incredible. I had a tail light out and he went above and beyond the help me place a new one. He showed me exactly how to do it for the future, great guy, great customer service and super helpful!

Everyone is extremely professional accommodating, friendly, helpful and sincere. Repeatedly, Gentleman came out to help with fluids. I’ve experienced them going out of their way to resolve my miscellaneous auto related questions quickly and thoroughly.

This review is for the website. It needs and update due to false advertising. They do not do rotor resurfacing here even though it is advertised on their website. I am beyond confused and mislead. Major inconvenience.
