In all my years of using body shops (which is thankfully very few) I have never gotten better service and an estimate that was higher than the price charged. We also got our car back in record time. Not saying you will have this happen but any time you can get a car through a body shop in less than a week...well that is like finding a yeti riding upon a unicorn. Scott handled the entire process so quickly and efficiently that I will never look at another body shop again. Best of all, the work was finished off with a washing of the entire car, and interior cleaned. NOBODY does that anymore. The car looked brand new. So if you had any worries about a body shop, you go to any of the other places at your own risk but if you want a job done to your satisfaction then pop on in and have Hewitt''s take a look at your damages. Absolutely amazing how good this experience was!

Had some auto body work and painting done a few years back with a "lifetime warranty" a few years later the paint has faded and looks so obvious that there was work done. Returned to the shop to inquire about the warranty and they said they wouldn't do anything about it. Said the management had changed hands. Keep in mind the name is still the same. Poor work back then, poor customer service continues.

If you have Geico insurance I would recommend Hewitts Auto Body. They are a Geico Direct company meaning if they repair your vehicle and if anything goes wrong you can take it to any Geico Direct company across the country and they will address it. The people at Hewitts are top notch, informative and super friendly. I had constant updates via text during my repair. My vehicle looks and drives just as good as before the accident. I can't sing their praises enough!!

Very bad experience. They set a date for when the car would be ready, then there was a series of delays that seemed to be entirely avoidable. Would not recommend.

My car is as good as new! The white paint has the same Pearl effect as the rest of the vehicle and blends right in. They kept me updated on ETA the whole time.

Took a Subaru Crosstrek to get repaired. Timeline was way off. Had to go back 4x because they kept forgetting to finish the job. Missing plastic rivets, polishing compound everywhere, mirrors loose and vibrating, hood crooked, drips in the clear coat, etc. I asked them to repaint the hood to fix road stone damage and they just painted it without repairing the stone damage so now u can see all the damage with fresh paint covering the dings. Tried to tell me I just asked for a repaint and why would they repair the dings? That's ludicrous!! They didn't charge me for the hood repaint and expected that to make me feel better. The color match is terrible. The side mirror still vibrates. I would not recommend using this auto body shop. EVER!Services: Painting

A deer ran into the side of my vehicle last week. Knocked off some paint, broke the grill, a light, and scraped up the front bumper/quarter panel. The insurance company made an appoint for me at Hewitt's. I already have the vehicle back and it looks great. Professional, pleasant service and quick, quality work. Thank you!!
