I bought a brand a new truck from here a couple months ago. I already knew what I was looking for when I came here and the salesman Rob was very respectful and knowledgeable unlike some other ford dealerships in the area. Overall I give them a solid 10/10 everything went smooth and easier than I expected

Nothing but great things to say about this dealership, found a truck I was looking for and was immediately contacted by Brandon who went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and more. They brought the truck to us to look at and test drive and I was always in constant contact with him throughout this process. This has been the best experience we’ve had and I cannot recommend them enough. Again thank you Brandon and Casco Bay Ford.

They offered me $3500 trade in value. Darlings Ford offered $5500. Wiscasset Ford offered me $6000. Casco Bay Ford is a joke.

Smooth transaction. I worked with Connor, who was forthright and helpful. I went in with a decent idea of what I wanted to order, and Connor helped me iron out some details and agree on a price. The vehicle arrived in good time, and communication was solid in the interim. Substantially better experience from the other two dealerships I considered using. Finalizing the deal and taking possession of the vehicle were handled in a straightforward manner. Strongly recommend the dealership and Connor personally.

He went above and beyond for me to find the perfect new car recently and we will continue to come back because of him! Excellent customer service, knowledge and honesty! So bought a 2020 Jeep Cherokee limited with 31,000 plus miles on it, day one vibration since the day we bought it!
They can't figure it out what's causing it! They replaced the tires and Road Force balanced them twice with an alignment And still we have a problem 70 days later.( Mine you we went up three times!) With two times having the vehicle there more than expected.
We were told to go to a Jeep dealership because they can't figure it out! On top of that the four-wheel drive service light came on! (Great huh?) Not that great of customer service!
If you buy a used vehicle there and there's a problem (BE AWARE!) Don't expect them to fix it cuz apparently they ain't smart enough!
P.s. Just because one may have a certification doesn't mean there smart enough! Not all individuals are created equal! Will never do business there again and if one ever brings up such dealership I'll be sure not to recommend them!

We had our car detailed yesterday. It was so beautifully done but the best part was meeting David who did the detailing. What a fabulous young man. Take good care of this guy. They don’t come any better.
