“At 56 years old I've had many cars and both good and bad mechanics. Joseph and his team were great! I live in PA and bought a used truck in ME. I bought used running boards, a bed cover (both of which were wrong size). Joseph made them both work. The tailgate would not open, he fixed that but told me the lock was not working. I said don't worry, I won't need the lock. When I picked it up it was fixed. They even stayed open late on a Friday to finish all of the work. Can't recommend him enough!”

“Despite the low rated reviews, I took my car for a windshield repair. Online, appointment, email notification, text reminders, all worked great. After I dropped off the car, I received a phone call from the technician. It turned out to be the mark I noticed wasn't anything to worry about. Frontdesk issued a full refund and that's the end of story. Based on my mistake I wasted both their time and mine, and didn't cost me a dime.”

“In all my years of using body shops (which is thankfully very few) I have never gotten better service and an estimate that was higher than the price charged. We also got our car back in record time. Not saying you will have this happen but any time you can get a car through a body shop in less than a week...well that is like finding a yeti riding upon a unicorn. Scott handled the entire process so quickly and efficiently that I will never look at another body shop again. Best of all, the work was finished off with a washing of the entire car, and interior cleaned. NOBODY does that anymore. The car looked brand new. So if you had any worries about a body shop, you go to any of the other places at your own risk but if you want a job done to your satisfaction then pop on in and have Hewitt''s take a look at your damages. Absolutely amazing how good this experience was!”
