I can’t rave enough about this place! As a lifelong biker, I have visited hundreds of bike shops across the country, and this one is the absolute best. Everyone I’ve dealt with: Davis, Max, Forrest, Jesse, Zach have bent over backwards to be helpful. When I needed an emergency repair, they all worked diligently, even though it was their busiest time of the year.
The shop itself is a delight: far from one of those cookie cutter upscale fitness shrines, it looks, sounds, and smells like a real bike store. You just feel at home there. It’s such fun to poke around all the nooks and crannies, and their selection is mind-blowing. Maine is so lucky to have a place like this, I just wish I lived closer.

Incredible customer service! Truly supportive and flexible when we were trying a find bikes that would meet our needs and feel safe.
This was our third bike shop we had visited in our pursuit for bikes and they nailed it.

Very impressive bike and ski shop. They do all kinds of bike repairs and sell a broad range of bikes and e-bikes. This is one of the best bike shops in the region.

Friendly and very personal service. I bought a Kona Precept from them in 2018 and they have kept this bike in great shape over the years. Just recently had them change the gearing and do an overall tune-up. The bike now rides better than new and the gearing is so smooth and quick. They know how to get your bike dialed in just right.

I was from out of town and my rear derailleur ate my skull cap. Broke the hanger and it wouldn’t index properly. I called the shop and was serviced right away. Fair and honest diagnosis and service.

Great store. Dropped in with a friend who needed a bit of assistance and advice and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Great to see a procession of happy customers in and out while we were there - stores like this deserve to do well.
