First day of swordfish on sale and they had none. That sucks. Went in last week for crab legs on sale and guess what they didn't have ANY. I would change the rating to 1 star.

Five stars all the time! Dynamic and mighty little Shaws with exceptional employees. Today I had the dream team: Seth and Carol. Seth is the absolute sweetest human and goes above and beyond, even having someone run to an aisle to retrieve the correct “free item” for me.
Love, love, love this Shaws.

Rude cashier did not greet us after we said hello. (No big deal) rang up our items and just stood there. We asked the total and she replied " it's right there on the screen" last time spending money here. I'll go to hannaford or market basket where employees are at very least friendly.

The seafood is usually bad, the produce section is sometimes scarce and can often be bad. Long ridiculous lines because they wouldn't open up the convenience (12 items or less) line. Mismanaged-unorganized.

Horrible cashiers. The bald lady is especially rude!!! I’m a new mom and she has made unsolicited comments about my body (and weight) on several occasions. This has made me deeply uncomfortable and I don’t think she should be working with customers.

Gotta love our small local Wiscasset Shaw's! Could use some remodeling but overall, it's a small town grocery store that has most of what you need but not a huge selection because it's on the smaller side.
Love the sale section in the back of the store!
