Called about an issue with our vehicle, which is covered by a warranty through the dealership. The gentleman i spoke to in the service department said to bring it in on Friday 7/5, and he would have it looked at. Showed up, and both gentlemen at the service desk had no clue what I was talking about. So I had to make an appointment. Which isn't a big deal. Just a pain, we have to wait for our vehicle to run right

Just bought my third car from Norm's. I love the relaxed vibe that encourages you to show up and look at cars at your own pace. When you're ready, someone is there to help. Otherwise, there is zero pressure. Great inventory. Honest folks.

Definitely do not send anybody here to this dealership. Got my daughter her first car, was told that it has all original parts. Figured out that the dash screen is not original and was replaced with a part not fitted for this car. Making it completely not functional. Then the check engine light comes on. It’s under warranty but the service is horrible. I asked Russ to explain in laymen’s terms because I didn’t understand the codes he was saying with the car he said “well if you let me finish” and I said I didn’t like his attitude he said “same”. If this is customer service I don’t want any part of it. I work with people and would never talk to a customer the way I was spoken to. The guy that sold us this vehicle was just that a used car salesman. Gave us complete reassurance and the car is a lemon. All original parts, nope. They said they would be looking at salvage parts months ago and still no word on the part they were suppose to replace. As for me and my daughter, we will not be speaking to them, they can talk with my husband. Because the way they talk to females is completely disrespectful.

Worst ever dealership, cannot believe Ive spent so much money paying a month for this car and I have not been able to go a month without issues ive spent 5,000 this past year and 2,000 the previous year so far just trying to keep it going, and Ive only owned it for 2yrs!!!!!!!!!! What the hell!!!!! Scam artists

Terrible experience selling Norm’s my Forester with a bad engine. They gave me the bottom of their range despite the car’s otherwise clean condition and many recent big-ticket parts. The reason for the low-ball price? “Rust underneath.” The car had just passed inspection someplace else with no mention of rust as an issue. I was ripped off and will never buy a car here. They were friendly over the phone with talk of upwards of a decent price, then changed their tune completely for no reason I can see. They were my best option at the time, so I believe they took advantage. I wouldn’t trust them. Go somewhere else.
