This is one of the cleanest privately owned gas stations I have ever visited. The restroom was clean, the store's shelves were well stocked and organized, the floors were scrubbed and white, and the coffee station was spotless.I congratulated the attendant for the station's organization and cleanliness. She proudly and humbly said, "We work at it every hour." It shows.

Though a bit hidden, I liked the opportunity to have several entrances. I appreciate the two separate gas islands with pumps on both sides. Each pump island had a separate entrance - making it easier to get to from either direction on the road (especially when tourist traffic can be heavy).

I drove there the other day. We drove for hours and pulled in. Karen with the almost white hair hawked my car from inside. There was noone in the store or on property as it was probably 30 minutes shy of closing. Karen came out like a Karen truck driver , out of clippers walked up to our car crazed and aggressive, looked at my dark Mother and screamed at us to move the car because we weren't perfectly in the lines. It was unnecessary and hostile. You lost our buisness. We come yearly with friends in boothbay. You lost us as customers. You should hire people who can think and evaluate. Not a Karen. I hate using the term Karen but this is how easily people get caught up in power and control over meaniless things.
