The only shop we take our cars to, fantastic work, knowledgable and personal service at a very fair price. They really have always gone the extra mile for my mother’s car when we need something fixed, can’t recommend them highly enough!

My husband and I left Rockland ME heading down to Massachusetts when we noticed a thumping noise almost like a flat tire right outside Wiscasset. We found Greg's auto service and Rick was right on it and after a test drive had the vehicle up on the lift within minutes. That tire was about to fall off! He tightened up the lug nuts which were very loose on that tire and he checked all the others as well. What a great guy and that goes for his partner as well. And you could see the relief in their faces knowing they had averted a disastrous outcome for us. Thank you!!

Recently had my vehicle serviced here and the mechanics were very helpful. They explained clearly what my vehicle needed, fixed it quickly and at a very fair price. Would recommend to others and will be back for any future servicing needs.

I meant to write this review a long time ago, but it's been a year since we bought our minivan from Greg's, and it has been wonderful! Great service, made sure we left with the vehicle we wanted and at a price we could afford!! Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing place to buy a car. Friendly, honest, not pushy, and will do all they can to help get you into a vehicle. They have your wants and needs in mind from start to finish, and will even try to find what you're looking for. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle they should be your first choice! I have been going here for three years now. I am completely satisfied with thier service. The management and the Mechanical technicians are very well versed and skilled in the trade. My household has three vehicle that I rely on them to take care of. A couple times, I had problems with two different vehicles ( not at the same time, thank god!). The diagnosis seemed a little weird to me. But, by god, it was correct both times. I have the utmost faith in the team. They are safety conscencious, and their integrity is top notch!! Making sure our vehicles are safe to drive is very important to us, keeping our grandchild safe when he wants to go get pizza.. and it will not cost you an arm and leg like the dealers charge you! Kudos to Rich, Matt, and Aaron and the rest of the team!!

These guys are the most retardant people I’ve ever deep with. My wife had to send her car in for inspection and the so called “mechanic” didn’t pass her because her breaks aren’t silver?! And wants to charge her $400 to fix?! They’re nothing but a scam/fakes, don’t buy anything from them and don’t have them do any work on your cars.

I had been looking for a replacement tailgate panel. Rich ordered me a used one. I made an appointment and was in and out in 10 minutes. Total cost $158. ENTHUSIASTICALLY RECOMMEND THIS CREW.

I would recommend this place over and over again! Rich was amazing to work with, zero pressure, didn’t push anything like the “typical” car salesman, and was super transparent! We ended up buying a super clean 2009 Honda Pilot and it’s going to be perfect for our big family! I was very hesitant to go thru a dealer because of past experiences with other places and almost went the private sale route but I’m glad I didn’t! If we are ever in need of another vehicle, we’ll absolutely be return customers here. Thanks so much, Rich!

My truck was making a bad noise that my husband tried to fix. Definitely did not fix it! So I message Rich at Greg's, brought it right over, and they had it fixed the next morning! Fast service and nice people!

The people working there are quite nice and were able to accommodate my car on short notice. However I was charged half an hour labor to get my car off the tow (paid tow separately), was charged a refurbished part for the same price as new, and was estimated on the phone much less than what it came out to. Good people, but I felt a bit ripped off.
