Josh at the front desk is excellent: friendly, and clear and detailed explanation of the process (insurance coverage and repairs—using actual Toyota parts, I might add) and patient with my weekly calls. That said, the slightly longer wait was well worth it and reflects their commitment to quality service and repairs. The car was only two months old (!) when a mailbox ran up and hit the side of our car…but Pro Body made it look new again. And the paint match is flawless. Midcoast Mainers are fortunate to have such stellar repair service handy. A+!”
