I have been dealing with WFC for five years now since the purchase of our new home in Winthrop. They have responded to emergency calls within hours even on snow days. As my wife lived in the home alone for the first two years while I finished other responsibilities before moving full time, their response to emergencies was very important to me. They never let me down. Everyone from office staff to the people in the field have been very professional, kind, and considerate. Lastly, I have found all of their professional charges for service rendered to be incredibly fair and honest. They have never charged me extra for any “hidden costs” and have been nothing but a stand up business. I highly recommend Winthrop Fuel Company.

I love Winthrop Fuel! The people who answered the phone are so pleasant and knowledgeable, and the people who come to my house to service my propane heater, never judge me even when I should have known what was going on! Everyone here is very professional and kind.
