This is literally the worst repair shop called them to tow a vehicle because it wasn't moving and the person that picked up stated that they don't have time for this. You guys should be out of business with your awful customer service.

I wish I could give a less than zero star for this place. Tried to use AAA to tow my car over the weekend, they agreed to tow, a half hour later they canceled the call because it was the weekend. Tried again on Monday, they accepted the order and said an hour and fifteen minutes. Parks waited an hour, then canceled the call not citing a reason. Pro-tow accepted the order and showed up within half an hour. Not one person I know who has interacted with Parks had anything good to say about this company and now I know why. If you'd like a professional company that responds promptly and won't leave you stranded with no explanation do NOT use Parks! I would recommend Pro-Tow in Winthrop. I have not one good thing to say about Parks, was treated horribly and they're completely unprofessional. BTW the friend driving to help me is handicapped and ill and the day was very hot. I absolutely hate the fact that I even have to leave a single star, this awful company doesn't even deserve that

I've always preferred a business where the owners are involved. Parks Performance is no exception. Excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile at a fair price, you can't ask for much more!

Purchased '73 Dodge Charger Trunk lid from here. Years ago friend touring the USA from South Africa had issues with his Moto Guzzi he had stored at my place for 4 years. After working on the bike 'Parts Performance' helped us out with a remaining issue. Jeff 7/4/20/2¢

I have a 2005 Camry with 150K miles with exhaust issues. In 2021 Maine adopted California's emission standards in both Statute (Title 38 Section 585-D and Rule Making, Chapter 127 New Motor Vehicle Emission Standards). This essentially translated what would have been a $500 job a few years ago into $1,700. Entire system from the exhaust manifold back had to be replaced due to new regs. Trusted Parks Performance to get the job done right. Been with them for 15+ years. Always treated me and my wife right. Now my adult son comes from NH drives up to get work done.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

We needed to get our motorcycle inspected so we came here and after he looked it over he (I don’t remember his name) told us we needed new tires, front and rear, which required new tubes and rims and then with all the other random fees it was going to be 800$ EIGHT HUNDRED. I was upset and just left. I called Farrin Auto Shop in Augusta and he quoted for the same stuff around 300-400$ so when we went there he inspected the bike and told us it was perfectly fine. Tires looked great, almost new all we needed was a new fuel line (which he replaced) and he put a sticker on it for us. For a total of $20. I am convinced Parks took advantage of the fact that I am a woman and due to my lack of knowledge thought he could charge me an outrageous amount for nothing. Do NOT go here. do yourself a favor and go to FARRIN AUTO SPORTS in Augusta!!
