They’re smart and they care. Master mechanic Gerry Sprague diagnosed and fixed a very complicated problem with my front differential and axle on my 2020 F150 to get me back on the road. On vacation in the area for the week and my brakes were making a loud grinding noise. They worked with my vacation schedule and got my truck in quick. They were able to get the parts needed and truck fixed within a couple days from when I called. Amazing job, thank you very much. Definitely my go-to mechanic when I am in the area again.

Excellent experience here. Whether you are a local or from out-of-town with a car emergency, know you will be treated fairly and with kindness and respect at this auto repair shop.They helped me in a real pinch when I needed to replace two tires on my pickup in order to safely haul my camper back home to IL. The scoured the local area to find the tires, got me in the shop in a timely manner and charged a fair price. Owners know their stuff and are gracious with their knowledge to make sure you are driving a safe vehicle.They deserve your business and are so much nicer to deal with than the bigger shops in Ellsworth.

The owner was a life saver after our car broke down in the middle of nowhere. It was the end of his day, but that didn't stop him from spending his evening finding and replacing our alternator and battery. 4 hours later we were back on the road. This is a family run business. I couldn't have asked for any better service.

Very honest and professional family owned auto repair shop. I moved up from Philadelphia and seamlessly transitioned from the local mechanics my family had been going to for the past 30 years; this feels like the same shop. I don't want to take my car anywhere else.
