The old timer in a twisted Tea hat and shirt could useto learn some customers server's manners..... everyone has a bad day but since reading some of these comments I'm guessing it's daily for him .... maybe take some pointers from the young fellow who finished our counting .... otherwise I've always had good service here .

Brought in some cans and a some of them we crushed by whoever drank them crushed the sides in with their hand. Old man was ignorant af threatening that if he keeps finding more crushed he was going to deny the cans. I politely explained I was sorry they were a relatives cans and if you can take them and just throw them off to the side I'll take them back or just throw them in the garbage. He literally growled back at me that it was not his job to sort the cans and find bad ones. I said isn't that your job to count and pull out ones that are bad or from out of state etc.he just repeated same thing that it was not his job to separate cans lol I have not been back!

I didn't care much for their no label, no credit policy on the recyclables.My main concern was the old, fatTom Brady throwing everything to me across the counter.Was that just to me cause of the color if my skin, or does he do it to everyne?

Always bring my empty bottle here because there's only 2 places in Augusta that takes returnable and those places aren't open very much. I recommend people to go here because the employee's are very friendly and helpful.

Very rude people ... especially the bigger older guy..also I had several bags counted out ...40 cans in each bag.....2 bucks a bag ..and then I cleaned my truck out before I went in and those i didn't count.but I'm 99.9 percent sure they steal cans purposely when counting them out...even if u are present ...also there is no sign that says no public restroom...so whoever screamed at a paying customer for using the bathroom... congratulations...you are the reason for the negative feedback.

Worst bottle redemption around! We save our bottles all year for our kids to split when we bring them in. We called ahead to be sure they could handle that amount was told to come over. Once we got there and unloaded all of our bottles and they saw the amount they told us they wouldn't accept them. We went right from there to the Oakland Bottle Redemption and she had no problem taking them and actually thanked us for our bottles. The guys here were super rude and if I were you I would completely avoid this place.

The guy counting my bottles today was very rude. I had my children with me and when the bottle didn't go where he wanted it to go he would swear. I will not go back poor customers service.
