Excellent service and professional crew! Pine view exceeded all of my expectations! They did all of my dirt work, and foundation for our new garage. After seeing the work of this talented crew we hired them to redo the drive way for our business, and our home. Couldn’t be happier with the results! Will absolutely be doing future business!!

Very bad experience. I paid with out a bank involvement. Now they want nothing to do with helping me with its set up. They refuse to answer my calls and do not call me back. They wanted to sign off on the warranty with no electric or plumbing hooked up. I said how could I know if everything works and refused to sign. Now they do not answer my calls or call back. They were the most expensive dealer and gives the worst customer service. I have a broken door window and non working door locks. Is warped a gas stove for an electric one but still have a gas stove hookup in my way!

Buyer Beware! Bought a modular 1 yr ago. All plumbing fixtures have leaked, door knobs are junk, floors creak all through the house. Our bedroom door frame fell apart. Trying to find a stud to hag something is not fun. We paid for an artisan hood and xl bathtub. The hood is falling apart and leaks a lot of water on our stove in heavy rain. The tub was defective and I had to fix it myself. Not sure if Trish still works there but if we had any issues she would act like it was our fault. Overall I am happy to have a new home but would definately recommend going somewhere else. Hope this helps. Oh yeah if you get more than a foot of snow youhave to get on the roof and clear out the chimney or your furnace wont run. Good luck!
