Buyer Beware! Bought a modular 1 yr ago. All plumbing fixtures have leaked, door knobs are junk, floors creak all through the house. Our bedroom door frame fell apart. Trying to find a stud to hag something is not fun. We paid for an artisan hood and xl bathtub. The hood is falling apart and leaks a lot of water on our stove in heavy rain. The tub was defective and I had to fix it myself. Not sure if Trish still works there but if we had any issues she would act like it was our fault. Overall I am happy to have a new home but would definately recommend going somewhere else. Hope this helps. Oh yeah if you get more than a foot of snow youhave to get on the roof and clear out the chimney or your furnace wont run. Good luck!

I see a common theme..... The people who have had a good experience that have left a review have yet to spend there own money with this company. If giving a business that greets you at the door where you are thinking about spending anywhere from 30k to 300k and them whispering sweet nothings in your ear is a 5 star review than your a salesperson dream customer! Now let’s get to reality....... Having been one of those customers that was greeted at the door and actually bought a home I can tell you that’s where your nightmare starts. If you want a real review of how they treat a unsatisfied customer and there’s plenty of reasons to be unsatisfied once they have your money please feel free to contact me and I’ll share my whole experience with you. Emails,photos at that point you will at least see a different side of these nice friendly door opening people. Good luck !Name last, I wish you had contacted me before your nightmare started because I think I could have saved you a major headache. At least they responded to you. They were so in the wrong with us they didn’t even try to justify my one star review. In fact they had three Winslow police officers serve me with papers saying I couldn’t go on there property for a year, how about that for customer service. I started to fill out the paper work to sue them and wish I had followed through. Our house is 2 years old and between pineview and the manufacturer I believe we have received roughly nine thousand dollars in checks because they knew how bad of a botch job it was that they didn’t even want to deal with it so they have try to pay there way out of it. On top of the nine thousand I’ve spent at least ten thousand dollar fixing extremely poor workmanship. I have no idea how this company is still in business. I would not let them build me a dog house. I’m sorry to hear someone else was taking by this company.I would take a look at your blue prints and find out if they even put the lally columns in the right place ? Our were only off by three feet from what the plans said. What the hell is three feet anyway when you are talking the structure of your home. I’m sure it will be fine just ask Pineview Homes. I wish there was a better way to worn people about this place !!I've posted an update to this review but it was taken down some how. The way this place treats its customers that have an issues is unreal. I cant speak for everyone but in our case they know they did wrong and thats the reason this comment is the only one when someone says something negative they didn't responded. They now have an engineers report telling them they dont know what there doing and there workmanship and standards are not even up to code. 11/5/2023 it cost me 175 dollars to sue them.

Pine view was great to my wife and I when searching for our forever home!! Trish was able to answer all of our questions, helped us from start to finish. Picking out a home can be stressful but with Trish, she it made it much easier. I'm very pleased with our purchase. Even after the home was delivered, Lauren kept us in the loop on what was going on! Which i loved! The set crew were awesome and got the job done! I highly recommend pine view!

Never Interacted with the company, but am currently looking for a home. I noticed they are very active responders to these comments, so I just wanted to suggest adding price ranges on your website. Not that I couldn't call and get an estimate, but it would be better for customers to have a range to work with when comparing against the market...
